Yash Gaiha

Yash Gaiha is a B.BA. LL. B graduate from New Law College of Bharti Vidyapeeth University, Pune and has completed his Masters (LLM) in Business Laws from ILS Law College, Pune. He also holds a diploma in Corporate Law from Asian School of Cyber Law. He is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

He forms a part of the litigation team, and his current work profile involves civil litigation, which includes drafting of civil suits, writ petitions, and various interim applications which are to be filed before various judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. Yash’s area of practice also includes criminal litigation which involves drafting of bail applications and complaints pertaining to white collar crimes under Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Yash represents clients before High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, Civil Court, Consumer Forums, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, and some of the Magistrate Courts in Delhi. He has experience in insolvency cases, Company law matters, taxation and dishonour of cheques and various real estate disputes.

In addition to litigation, his work profile also includes advising clients in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating of agreements.
