AGS under law is able to negotiate any available form of remuneration according to Public notice of Ministry of Justice No. 163/2002 Z.z.. on advocates' compensation and refund for legal counselling, as amended. For example, a cap fee for implementation of a project; a success fee for legal defence, or an hourly fee may be applied.
